Your phone number or email (to sign you in), your name and photo (shown on your profile), and your language. Farmers also give their farm name, district and location so nearby customers can find them. Customers may share a delivery address and, if they choose, their location.
We never show a farmer's phone number to a customer, or the other way round. Messages go through the in-app chat instead. This is a rule built into the app, not just a promise.
Farmers who set up payouts give bank details. These are encrypted before they are stored and are never shown back through the app — not even to you. They are used only to send you your money.
Location is used to show customers what is grown near them and to work out delivery. You can refuse it and still use the app; you will just see produce from a wider area. You can change it later from your profile.
The people you buy from or sell to see your name, photo and what you post. Payments run through Razorpay and videos through Cloudflare, so those services handle the data needed to do their job. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, messages and photos. Completed orders are kept as a financial record with your personal details stripped out, because the other party and the tax record still need them.

हम किसान का फ़ोन नंबर खरीदार को, या खरीदार का नंबर किसान को कभी नहीं दिखाते। संदेश ऐप के अंदर चैट से ही जाते हैं। यह सिर्फ़ वादा नहीं — ऐप में बनाया गया नियम है।
भुगतान लेने वाले किसान बैंक जानकारी देते हैं। इसे सहेजने से पहले एन्क्रिप्ट किया जाता है और ऐप में कभी वापस नहीं दिखाया जाता — आपको भी नहीं। इसका उपयोग सिर्फ़ आपका पैसा आप तक भेजने के लिए होता है।
स्थान का उपयोग यह दिखाने के लिए होता है कि आपके पास क्या उगता है, और डिलीवरी तय करने के लिए। आप मना करके भी ऐप चला सकते हैं; तब आपको बड़े इलाके की उपज दिखेगी। इसे बाद में प्रोफ़ाइल से बदल सकते हैं।
जिनसे आप खरीदते या जिन्हें बेचते हैं, वे आपका नाम, फ़ोटो और आपकी पोस्ट देखते हैं। भुगतान Razorpay से और वीडियो Cloudflare से चलते हैं, इसलिए वे सेवाएँ अपना काम करने के लिए ज़रूरी जानकारी संभालती हैं। हम आपकी जानकारी किसी को नहीं बेचते।
